Affirmation
“My purpose is divine and evolving. I trust that I am being guided toward where I’m meant to serve, even when the path feels uncertain.”

We move through life like a flower
Me: The Bud
Our early years are about self—building identity, career, and independence. The bud holds potential, not yet fully revealed.
We: The Bloom
We expand outward, giving ourselves to family, career, and community. Our petals open to serve others, but sometimes at the cost of our own roots.
True Self: The Full Blossom
Midlife is the invitation home. No longer proving or performing, we embody our full bloom—the season of authenticity, joy, and self-belonging.

💌 Fab at Fifty Plus: Your Midlife Love Letter
Issue No. 16 – Tuesday, October 7th, 2025
Hey Fab Fam,
There's a quiet ache that comes with growing older—not the kind that shows up in your body, but the kind that lives in the space between who you are and who you're meant to become.
If you haven’t read my latest blog, Does Your Why Shine? — take a moment to check it out when you can. Writing that piece stirred something in me.
After I hit publish, I sat quietly for a while and asked myself, what did I really take from this? What did it mean for me, not just as a writer, but as a woman still unfolding into her true self?
For years, I’ve wrestled with this longing to live a meaningful life. As I got older, that longing grew louder. I started to feel that I wasn’t using my life the way I was meant to. And honestly? That thought brought shame — the kind that creeps in quietly and makes you question your worth.
But what I’m learning is that our purpose doesn’t always come as a lightning bolt. Sometimes it’s a flicker or a whisper. A gentle reminder that your “why” is still there — even if it’s waiting for you to see it.
My why is to make a difference in the world. It might be a difference to many or just one. I don't have all the details figured out yet, but I'm working on it. I'm done beating myself up for not having the whole thing mapped out already.
Maybe you've felt that same frustration, that same shame of not knowing if you're doing enough. If that's you, know that your life has purpose even when you can't see the full picture yet.
Let's let our "why" evolve with us through every new version of ourselves that blooms.
What I'm learning is that we don't find our purpose once and hold it still like a photograph. We live it, we breathe it, we grow it. It changes with the seasons, and maybe that's exactly how it should be—wild and alive and beautifully unfinished.
With light and love,
Izzie

What’s your biggest challenge in living your purpose?

Buying Cannabis Online Is Now Legal, And Incredibly Convenient
For years, buying cannabis meant taking a trip to a dispensary, dealing with long lines, limited selection, and inconsistent pricing. But thanks to changing laws and innovative online retailers, buying high-quality THC products is now 100% federally legal—and more convenient than ever.
And when it comes to quality and reliability, Mood is leading the way…
Because they’ve completely flipped the script on cannabis shopping. Instead of memorizing hundreds of confusing strain names – like “Gorilla Glue” and "Purple Monkey Breath" – you simply choose how you want to feel: Creative, Social, Focused, Relaxed, Happy, Aroused, and more.
Each gummy is formulated with the perfect blend of Delta-9 THC and botanicals to deliver the perfect mood.
Want a great night’s sleep? Try the Sleepytime gummies. Need laser focus Mind Magic gummies have you covered. Hotter sex? Try the Sexual Euphoria gummies.
It's cannabis shopping that actually makes sense for “normal” people.

🧠 Mindset Reset
Let go of: “I should have figured it out by now.”
Claim instead: “My purpose unfolds in its own time.”
We put so much pressure on ourselves to have everything mapped out by a certain age — as if purpose has an expiration date. The truth is, our “why” keeps shifting as we do. Trust the timing of your life. You’re not late; you’re simply unfolding at your own beautiful pace.

📓 Journal Prompt
Ask yourself: What is my “why” whispering to me lately?
Write down three ways it’s trying to show up in your everyday life — through your choices, your relationships, or the things that quietly pull at your heart. Then, choose one small action this week that honors it. It doesn’t have to be grand — maybe it’s reaching out to someone, signing up for that class, or simply giving yourself permission to rest. Purpose grows through small, intentional steps ✍🏽
We’ve been taught to believe that by a certain age, we should have it all figured out — career, love, purpose, the whole script. And when life doesn’t line up that neatly, we start to question ourselves. But purpose isn’t a destination; it’s a rhythm that changes as we do. Each season of our life reveals a different layer of who we are and what we’re here to offer.
Let go of the pressure to be “there” already. You’re not behind. You’re evolving. Every detour, every pause, every reawakening is part of your unfolding. Trust that your purpose is still finding its shape — and it’s doing so right on time.
